Disable Outlook 2016 reminders

Case: I needed to disable Outlook reminders for the company and leave the option to re-enable it back for the user. This means you have to create a Group Policy Preference and arrange it by registry (apply once and do not re-apply). I could find some old articles but nothing helped me accomplish the exact task.
